• Excellent pay & incentives-fees and charges passed through 100% to owner operators. TSH offers the best pay program in the flat bed industry. We pay 75% of 100% of the line haul to you with 100% of all fuel surcharges and tarping fees passed on to you! • Tell us how YOU want to be paid. Direct deposit, Comdata express pay, T-Chek payroll or company check. We have several quick pay options for you to choose from; direct deposit into your checking, savings or credit union; Comdata express pay, T-Chek payroll or a TSH company check available at 14 different pay locations throughout the United States.
• Truck stop scanning. This is a very attractive method of making sure all your paperwork is submitted to our settlements department for timely processing. You can scan bills of lading, fuel tickets, and logs directly to us for processing AT NO COST TO YOU! Once received, you can be paid on that load. It just does not get any easier than this. You can scan your documents at Love's, Petro Truck Stops, Pilot Travel Centers, or TravelCenters of America.
• Tag purchase program. TSH tag program is for 48 states. TSH does not “mark up” our Tennessee tag. We simply pass the cost of the tag through to you in weekly settlement deductions. Unlike purchases on your own tag account, pro-rated refunds are available in the likely event that TSH can place a tag you turn in with another owner operator. The TSH tag program also provides an escrow account for your use in planning next year’s tag renewal and your 2290 payment.
• $50.00 for any level DOT inspection with no violations. That’s right; we will give you $50.00 every time you get a clean any level DOT inspection for keeping your equipment, logs and load securement in top condition.
• Free Pre-Pass. TSH picks up the total cost for Pre-Pass. This is a great device that can save you lots of time not waiting at the scales when you get a green light.
