Operator requirements:
• 24 years of age
• 1 year OTR verifiable experience within the past 5 years
• 6 months verifiable flatbed experience
• Class A CDL
• No more than 4 moving violations in a 3 year period
• No more than1 at fault accident in the previous 3 years
• Current DOT physical, must pass drug screen
Owners are required to have:
• passenger insurance if the driver has a passenger *
• worker compensation insurance required on hired drivers *
