TSH has several programs not only for rewarding you for recruiting but also for recognition of your successful partnering with TSH.• Owner operator referral program-for each new owner operator you recruit, that leases to TSH, you earn $500.00!
• Driver of the Month-each month 4 owner operators are selected for TSH driver of the month. Criteria are based on revenue and safety compliance. Winners receive a TSH Carhartt vest, plaque for their home, name placed on plaque in corporate office in Nashville and $100.00.
• Driver of the Year-based on the same criteria as driver of the month, 4 winners receive a TSH Carhartt jacket, plaque for their home, name placed on plaque in corporate office in Nashville and $1,000.00. We also send a dozen roses to your wife or girlfriend to thank them for the support they have given you over the past year. We also like to get you to come to Nashville to get your check so we can get your picture to go in the monthly newsletter.
• Birthday Club-We remember your birthday! On your birthday each year you will receive a very special birthday wish from everyone here at TSH and a special gift.
• Monthly newsletter-We keep you informed! TSH has a monthly newsletter containing hot topics relevant to YOU and your business. We write and publish it so its information that you need. We mail it directly to your home for you and your family to enjoy.
