Owner Operators : Trailer Lease-Purchase
Do you have the qualifications to become an owner operator with TSH, but need help securing the trailer or equipment? At TSH we see your relationship with us as a partnership. Partners helping partners. When your tractor passes the DOT inspection you could then be qualified to lease- purchase a trailer through TSH. We also offer a purchase program if you need a headache rack, tarps, chains, straps, etc. for hauling flatbed freight.
These lease purchase trailers are manufactured to TSH specifications and will be new or gently-used steel trailers. Most are Fontaine but not all.
Specifications are:
• 48’ spread-axle; 102”; all steel
• new trailers come with air-ride
• 12 sliding winches
If you qualify there is no down payment required and there are no balloon payments at the end of the note. All payments are managed through weekly deductions from your settlements. The payment is 100% tax deductible. Owner-operators are responsible for all maintenance and repairs on lease purchase trailers.
Cost for trailers include the weekly payment, insurance and a $30.00 weekly escrow payment until $1,500.00 is accrued. When you get within $1500.00 of paying off the trailer the escrow balance may be applied to the balance due as the contract is completed.
